Uber brings ChatGPT Work to all employees with OpenAI

Uber teams will also be supported by OpenAI multimodal capabilities, including voice and image generation, giving them the flexibility to choose the right models and tools for different needs.

The rollout will be supported by Uber’s internal AI skills library, approved integrations and dedicated employee training, helping teams across functions including operations, finance, marketing and product put the technology to work. Uber’s developers and software engineering teams will also continue using Codex to accelerate software development and streamline coding workflows.

The expansion marks another step in Uber’s broader AI strategy and its collaboration with OpenAI. The companies plan to share further insights into adoption, use cases and measurable outcomes as the rollout progresses.
