灵游坊开发的暗黑武侠动作游戏《影之刃零》于 10 月 29 日正式发售。SteamDB 在当晚可见的记录显示，其 Steam 同时在线峰值已达到 661931 人，并位列全球热销榜第一。
Steam 商店显示，游戏由 S-GAME 自主研发和发行，采用虚幻 5 引擎。玩家扮演心脏受创、仅剩 66 天生命的剑客，在武林追杀中寻找真相；战斗包含三十余种主武器和二十多门奇诡武装，结合传统武侠、机械义肢和工业遗迹的「功夫朋克」风格。

苹果高管回应 iPad mini 仍是 60Hz
据 9to5Mac 报道，苹果硬件工程副总裁戴夫 · 帕库拉（Dave Pakula）日前接受了 YouTube 频道 Christopher Lawley 和 Katarina Mogus 的采访，谈到了新款 iPad mini 的屏幕、声学设计和产品定位。
针对外界关注的 60Hz 刷新率问题，帕库拉表示，显示体验不取决于单一参数。OLED 的像素响应时间比 LCD 快一个数量级以上，能让画面更流畅，并显著减少动态模糊。再加上对比度、亮度和色彩表现，他认为这是一块出色的显示屏。
在谈到 iPad mini 与 iPhone Duo 并存时的定位，帕库拉称，iPad mini 是「掌中的完整 iPad 体验」，可使用 App Store 中超过百万款应用，支持 Apple Pencil Pro，并搭载 iPadOS 27 的多任务功能。

比亚迪董事长兼总裁王传福在 10 月 28 日举行的第三十三届中国汽车工程学会年会上透露，比亚迪员工总数已突破 102 万人，其中国内 96 万人、海外 6 万人，研发工程师达到 12 万名，覆盖电池、电机、电控和半导体等领域。
王传福在会上获得 2026 年度中国汽车工程学会科学技术奖汽车工业饶斌奖。他在获奖感言中回顾，比亚迪从 1994 年创业、2003 年进入汽车工业，一直采取高度垂直整合模式，持续掌握新能源汽车核心技术。
据新京报报道，现场颁奖词提到，比亚迪五年间销量从约 40 万辆增至 460 万辆，产品进入 120 多个国家和地区。王传福表示，希望通过比亚迪的发展「证明中国新能源可以，中国汽车可以」。
Omdia：三季度全球手机出货量降 20%，苹果持平、小米降 29%
Omdia 最新公布的完整三季度数据称，2026 年第三季度全球智能手机出货量为 2.547 亿部，同比下降 20%，创 2013 年以来第三季度新低。机构认为，持续涨价抑制换机需求，渠道也因设备成本和资金占用上升而谨慎备货。
三星以 5780 万部保持第一，同比下降 5%；苹果出货量为 5650 万部，与去年同期持平。Omdia 指出，iPhone 17 持续销售，以及渠道在预期涨价前提前备货，支撑了苹果在中国和北美市场的需求。
小米出货量为 3070 万部，同比下降 29%；OPPO（含 realme 和一加）为 2340 万部，下降 39%；vivo 为 1930 万部，下降 33%。非洲市场降幅达到 39%，亚太地区（不含大中华区）、中东和拉丁美洲的降幅也均超过 20%。
Omdia 预计，2026 年全球智能手机出货量将下降 12%，2027 年仍将下滑，但降幅收窄。存储供应受限、价格上涨及有限的促销空间，将继续影响厂商和渠道的库存决策。
OpenAI 宣布 ChatGPT Pro 全系额度翻倍
刚刚，OpenAI 产品负责人 Tibo 宣布，即日起将 ChatGPT Pro 100、Pro 200、Pro 500 三个层级以及 Business Premium 的使用限额翻倍，现有订阅无需申请，自动生效。
Tibo 同时表示，OpenAI 不会降低 Pro 200 的使用限额，用户的 Work 和 Codex 使用量保持不变，dots 的扩展限额也将继续提供，dot 使用量仍与默认使用量分开计算。
官方帮助文档显示，Pro 100 和 Pro 500 的 Work 和 Codex 额度提高至此前两倍，在 ChatGPT 聊天界面使用 GPT-6 Pro 的每周消息上限不变。
Pro 200 此前额度较低的用户获得翻倍，原本额度较高的用户保持不变，最终统一至同一水平。9 月 29 日邮件通知的 Pro 200 额度削减计划已正式取消。
ChatGPT Plus 的使用额度保持不变，部分 Plus 用户在 Tibo 的评论区表达不满。

美国计算机专业入学人数再降，本科两年减少 18.4%
据彭博社报道，美国国家学生信息交换中心 10 月 29 日发布的秋季初步数据表明，美国高校计算机与信息科学专业本科入学人数同比下降超过 12%，研究生入学人数下降超过 10%。这延续了去年开始的下滑，计算机专业此前多年的增长趋势已发生逆转。
以两年累计变化计算，相关专业本科生人数减少 18.4%，研究生减少 27.1%。该机构研究负责人 Matthew Holsapple 表示，这对于一个不久前仍是高等教育增长最快领域之一的专业而言，是显著的降幅。

火山引擎 10 月 29 日援引 IDC《中国 AI 软件市场半年度追踪，26H1》报告称，2026 年上半年中国 MaaS（模型即服务）市场规模达到 106.3 亿元人民币，火山引擎以 45.1% 的份额位居第一。文中列明，统计针对云厂商向外部客户提供的大模型公有云服务，不包含豆包、即梦等自有业务调用。
MaaS 在中国公有云 PaaS 市场中的占比已升至 21.0%。按收入构成，大语言模型占 MaaS 市场的 47.0%，视频生成模型贡献 32.7%，其他模态模型占 20.2%。
除模型调用外，火山引擎还在拓展智能体托管服务。公司称，Managed Agents 上线两个月已产生近 500 万个任务会话，数千家企业将其用于数字员工、营销等任务；这项服务通过统一的 Agent API 提供智能体运行能力，企业无需自行搭建相应基础设施。
豆包工作向企业开放第三方模型，可统一调用 Kimi、GLM 与 DeepSeek
豆包工作宣布向企业客户开放第三方大模型服务，首批接入 Kimi K3.1 Pro、GLM 5.3、DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 等模型，企业可在同一工作环境中选择不同厂商的模型处理任务。
本次更新面向团队订阅版和企业订阅版客户，功能上线后默认开启，无需另向模型厂商采购或额外申请，使用量从企业已有的 AI 点数中扣除。
管理员可按成员、部门、群组或全员划定可用范围，既能按厂商批量启用，也能单独配置某个模型。企业还可指定模型在豆包电脑端、豆包工作电脑端、移动端、网页端和飞书内豆包工作等场景生效，例如只在工作电脑与飞书工作台开放。
韩国拟将 AI 眼镜作弊禁考期延至 3 年，考场将配专人识别
韩国教育部 10 月 29 日公布智能眼镜考试作弊应对方案，计划通过举报、申请调查等方式，对利用智能眼镜蓄意干扰国家考试的行为追究刑事责任，并推动将高考作弊者的禁考期从现行的次年 1 年延长至 3 年。
现行规定区分了不同情形：在考试中使用或佩戴智能眼镜，当次成绩作废，并取消次年报考资格；仅携带、持有智能眼镜，当次成绩作废；拒绝监考人员检查，则经审议决定是否作废成绩并取消次年资格。延长至 3 年的方案需要修改《高等教育法》。
从本次高考起，每个考点将指定 1 名智能眼镜识别专员，必要时联络地方教育厅和教育部应急中心复核。教育部还将评估考场无线电探测器的可用性，研究明年部署；同时扩大监考人员责任险的保障范围与索赔期限。
中汽学会发布 2027 年技术趋势：400Wh/kg 固态电池将进入中试
据第一财经报道，中国汽车工程学会在 10 月 28 日年会上发布《2027 年度中国汽车十大技术趋势》，涵盖固态电池、汽车芯片、底盘控制、车网互动和端侧模型等方向。
中国汽车工程学会副秘书长、国汽战略院执行院长郑亚莉表示，报告将预测分为技术性能与成本突破、新技术量产搭载、应用规模扩大三类。几个重点方向包括：
- 固态电池：预计 400Wh/kg 级电芯进入中试，头部企业率先开展整车工程化验证，重点攻克固固界面、锂枝晶抑制和干法电极等难题。
- 底盘控制：统一调度驱动、制动、转向与悬架的融合型整车运动控制技术，将由旗舰车型向更多车型和价格区间渗透。
- 车路云协同：网联辅助驾驶预计由示范验证走向小批量前装。郑亚莉称，2026 年已有 22 家车企在 8 座城市开展研发验证。
其余方向还包括高安全等级汽车 MCU、V2G、镁合金一体化成形、自动驾驶卡车编队、分布式轮毂驱动、座舱端侧模型和金属 3D 打印。
小米拟出资 17 亿元入股欣旺达动力，增资后持股 5.34%
欣旺达披露，小米科技全资子公司瀚星创业投资拟出资 17 亿元，认购欣旺达动力新增股份，交易完成后持股 5.34%。相关增资协议已经签署，事项经董事会审议通过，尚需提交股东会审议。
本次增资及董事会换届完成后，欣旺达通过惠州新能源持有的欣旺达动力股份将由 24.06% 降至 22.78%，董事会席位不超过半数，欣旺达动力将由控股子公司转为参股公司，不再纳入欣旺达合并报表。
公告股权表显示，理想汽车也在股东之列，本次增资后的持股比例为 8.32%。小米入股前，今年 9 月已与欣旺达动力、中创新航达成动力电池战略合作。
比亚迪三季度归母净利润增 28%，前三季度仍同比下降
比亚迪发布 2026 年第三季度报告，单季营业收入 2214.88 亿元，同比增长 13.59%；归母净利润 100.20 亿元，同比增长 28.08%；扣非归母净利润 86.30 亿元，同比增长 25.25%。
前三季度累计营业收入为 5663.04 亿元，同比增长 0.01%；归母净利润 223.45 亿元，同比下降 4.24%；扣非归母净利润 210.04 亿元，同比增长 2.51%。经营活动现金流净额为 544.70 亿元，同比增长 33.36%，公司解释主要与购买商品、接受劳务支付的现金减少有关。
报告同时显示，期末存货较上年末增加 60.08%，主要因海外汽车业务增长、备货增加；财务费用增加，主要因本期出现汇兑损失，而去年同期为汇兑收益。该季度财务报告未经审计。
DoorDash 拟以 170 亿美元收购 Instacart，保留独立品牌和 App
据 TechCrunch 报道，DoorDash 于 10 月 29 日宣布，已同意以 170 亿美元收购生鲜配送平台 Instacart，对应每股总价值 65 美元。双方董事会均已批准交易，预计于 2027 年底或 2028 年上半年完成。

英特尔数据中心收入增 78%，预计 PC 疲软延续至明年上半年
英特尔公布 2026 年第三季度业绩，营收为 165 亿美元，同比增长 21%；GAAP 归母净利润约 33 亿美元，同比下降 18%，经调整净利润约 28 亿美元，同比增长 169%。GAAP 摊薄每股收益为 0.60 美元，经调整每股收益为 0.52 美元。

据科创板日报现场报道，智元在 10 月 29 日创新日大会上披露，2026 年上半年公司营收接近 20 亿元。第一财经记者的现场报道同时确认，智元第 2 万台具身智能机器人已于今年 9 月下线。
智元联合创始人、总裁兼 CTO 彭志辉还发布 Worken（有效智能工时），用「活跃机器人数量 × 自主工作时长 × 产出效能比」衡量机器人自主作业的实际产出，关注机器人持续完成任务创造的成果。

李亮认为，短剧与传统影视剧的差别主要在载体和表现形式，核心仍是内容质量。他以单集时长为例：若改为 45 分钟或 90 分钟一集，短剧与电视剧、电影之间的区别便会缩小。随着更多有知识、有文化的创作者加入，他认为短剧质量正在迅速提升。
